What’s New?
This new system is built into the new 5 series vehicles and runs by pairing your smartphone to the center console. Simply start up the app, scan a QR code with your smartphone and start playing! The system will only run when the car is stationary, so there is no risk of drivers becoming distracted. However, when your electric vehicle is charging, or when you are making a pit stop for some snacks, it’s easy to connect and play!
Since the center console acts as your screen and your smartphone becomes a controller, all passengers can participate in gameplay, including those in the back seats. You can play alone, or in competitive mode.
What Games Are Available?
The games currently offered are “casual games,” meaning they are easy for anyone to pick up and start playing. So even if your kid brother wants a turn, these games are easy for everyone to enjoy. The types of games being offered include:
- Racing
- Sports
- Quiz games
- Simulation
- Strategy
- Jump-and-run
- Puzzle games
There are currently a few titles available as well, including “Go Kart Go,” “Golazo,” “Music Guess,” and for anyone familiar with the cooperative cooking game, there is “Overcooked.” New games will be added over time, so keep an eye out!

The new video game tech is included in our new 5 Series vehicles. Going forward, it will also be available in successive models, including the 7 Series, X5, X6, X7, XM and others.
